Volunteering

PPBR is a 100% volunteer based not-for-profit organization. Therefore, we depend on dedicated volunteers with a unified goal – rescuing pit bulls. With locations in Calgary, Lethbridge, and Medicine Hat, there are plenty of opportunities throughout Southern Alberta to make a difference. No matter how much or how little time you have to volunteer, we appreciate every moment you can spare. Whether it’s picking up donations twice a year or walking dogs every week, it all adds up to helping us operate PPBR, and saving vulnerable dogs.
