 Interested in Adopting?

The potential adopter must be at least 18 years of age. The process starts by the potential adopter(s) filling out an adoption application. Once we have received your application, a member of Prairie Pit Bull Rescue Society will contact you to discuss your application and the dog of interest. If we feel the dog of interest would not be a suitable match for your family and lifestyle, we well suggest a more suitable dog from our program. Once we determine which dog would be the best match for your family, we will have the foster home contact you to discuss their foster dog further and set up a meet and greet. After the meet and greet, if both parties feel the dog of interest is the right match, we will arrange for the dog of interest to go to your home for a trial adoption of 1-2 weeks. After the trial adoption, we will then finalize the adoption if you wish too.

If you are interested in adopting, but don't see a dog that you think would be a good match, we encourage you to still fill out an application. We are constantly looking to add more dogs into our program, and just may come across the right pup for your family.

Prairie Pit Bull Rescue Society has the right to refuse any potential adopter(s) without reason.
