I understand and agree that the Society, its agents, any employees, administrators, directors, agents, officers, members, volunteers, other participants, any sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owner and lessors of premises on which the Activity takes place (collectively, the “Releasees”) are not responsible for any injury (including death), loss of property or other economic losses suffered while a volunteer is participating in the Activities, including as a result of any potential negligence on the part of the Releasees.
Despite these and other risks, and fully understanding such risks, I wish to volunteer and hereby assume all of the risks encountered while volunteering with the Society.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees for any and all claims arising as a result of my engaging in any activities with the Society.
